Join Bill and his guest Ted Kniesche. Ted is the founder and CEO of Zero Industrial, a Charleston‑based company helping decarbonize industrial heat and steam generation through thermal energy storage (TES) and a Heat‑as‑a‑Service model that removes upfront costs for clients. In January 2025, Zero Industrial raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Evok Innovations to expand TES projects across North America. Ted brings over 20 years of clean energy experience, having co‑founded Fulcrum BioEnergy and later serving as a Principal at Aiga Capital Partners. A native Californian, he now lives in Charleston with his wife and four children.
