Michelle has over 25 years' experience in education, administration and coaching, Michelle leverages her background in communication and leadership skills to partner with medical & business professionals and elevate their leadership abilities, effectiveness and production. Michelle has partnered with business owners, executives as well as medical professionals to help them maintain a laser-focus on their long-term goals. Her clients’ growth and development in leadership roles has led to concrete, measurable improvements in their professional & personal lives. She has also led a team of Surgeons at MUSC in Charleston to develop both personally & professionally beyond the operating room. As an accomplished educational leader, Michelle has supported students, teachers & school leaders reach high levels of engagement. She has also developed custom programs and has led diverse groups in professional development workshops. Her passion for seeing people succeed is at the heart of her success. Michelle offers programs in group coaching, workshops as well as one-on-one leadership coaching.
